The following are required of attendees, and will be expected of those who attend the course.
BetterCloud's Administrator Fundamentals course is a live, interactive, online instructor-led course featuring slides, demos, instructor-led activities, and self-paced challenges. It utilizes sandbox environments which are real, live versions of the software. As a result, the following things are REQUIRED or highly recommended (where noted) for all attendees:
- Zoom's desktop application so you may respond to polls and chat features.
- The ability to sign into another Google Profile. This may be a restriction for some organizations so check with your security team if you are unsure about this requirement.
- Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or a browser which allows you to create. a second profile for your sandbox.
- A computer with an accessible microphone to ask questions and interact with your instructor. (highly recommended)
- A second monitor to watch instructor demos, and follow along in your sandbox at the same time. (highly recommended)
- Completion of prerequisites and confirmation of attendance will also be required by your instructor to ensure you are able to access your sandbox before the start of the two-day course.
BetterCloud's Administrator Fundamentals is a 2-day course covering everything you need to know as a BetterCloud Administrator
Day 1 will get you started with BetterCloud, from installing your Integrations (other SaaS apps) to building your first automation through Workflows.
By the end of Day 2, you will be able to build more complex automation and apply BetterCloud's best practices for user lifecycle management, security, data loss prevention, and more. You will also see all the key topics needed for BetterCloud Administrators to be SaaSOps pros.
